beautiful bathroom great location
The room was big. I loved the tub, also the bathroom looked beautiful. There was a lot of amenities to use in the room and I was happy. I also liked the location, it was great.
I had one night. There was hair in the shower. The safe did not work, someone came to fix, but it did not fix the problem. The air conditioning, at a five star hotel, should be able to turn on from the bed with a remote, not from the board on the wall to turn on and off. Breakfast took a lot of time to make an omelet.

mixed feelings about my stay
loud music poor breakfast
The music theme felt A bit forced. i found hallway music excessive. the breakfast singer was not good AT all. It was quite loud and detracted from the experience. i did not care for the design of the bathroom. The shower caused flooding.

superb central stay
convenient location helpful staff delicious breakfast many choices
i found the location very convenient. the hotel is near many attractions and it is also close to sol and plaza mayor. i liked that the staff was helpful , always willing to assist. the breakfast was delicious , with many choices available.
the pool area felt a bit too quiet , almost lacking in atmosphere , which was unexpected in a music-themed hotel.

Really good Stay in the City Center

The location is central. The hotel offers easy access to local attractions and dining. The rooftop bar provided a relaxing space, it included welcome drinks. I received an upgrade to a beautiful suite, this added to the celebration of my wedding anniversary.
The music played in the hallways was quite loud at times. It occasionally affected my ability to focus in my room.

The hotel offered convenient access to MANY attractions. I found the staff consistently friendly and knowledgeable. The rooftop poolside food and beverage service was a definite benefit. I appreciated the hotel's stylish design incorporating modern updates.
my room was a bit small, and i did not have much counterspace in the bathroom.

the location was very central making it easy to get around.
My room was smaller than expected. Two suitcases barely fit. i requested extra nespresso pods but was told i was only allowed one per day. the experience did not feel like a true five-star hotel, leaving me slightly disappointed.
